HOGAR SEGURO es una innovadora herramienta para recibir en tiempo real aquellas alarmas de su hogar, comercio o establecimiento en general y poder tener la posibilidad de tomar acciones oportunas desde su dispositivo móvil.

¿ COMO FUNCIONA HOGAR SEGURO ?

Ante la generación de una ALERTA de alarma, HOGAR SEGURO prevé dos mecanismos para interactuar con la CENTRAL DE MONITOREO

1) CON ACCIÓN del usuario:

ACCIONES posibles:
-ESTÁ OK (enterado)
-DEMORAR LA SEÑAL DE ALARMA
-NO MOLESTAR
-SOLICITAR UN SERVICIO TÉCNICO
-SOLICITAR LLAMADA DE LA CENTRAL

B) SIN ACCIÓN/RESPUESTA - SOLO NOTIFICACIÓN:

Ante la generación de una ALERTA/SEÑAL, usted va a recibir una notificación push.

¿ QUE OTRAS HERRAMIENTAS adicionales posee la aplicacion ?

ACCESO SEGURO
Puede dar aviso a la central de monitoreo que usted esta accediendo a su hogar/trabajo, para que la misma pueda verificar que usted acceda de forma segura.

UBICACIÓN DEL DISPOSITIVO
HOGAR SEGURO permite enviar en tiempo real a la central de monitoreo la ubicación del dispositivo.

BOTON DE PÁNICO / EMERGENCIA MÉDICA / INCENDIO
HOGAR SEGURO cuenta con alertas de emergencia para su seguridad personal.

FOTOVERIFICACIÓN
Usted podrá enviar a la central de monitoreo imágenes capturadas con la cámara de su dispositivo

CHAT CON LA CENTRAL DE MONITOREO
Usted podrá contactarse con un operador de la central de monitoreo

NOTIFICACIÓN DE EMERGENCIA A GRUPO DE AMIGOS
Permite ver estados de emergencias, alertas y ubicación de los integrantes del grupo.

ADVERTENCIA: Aplicación exclusivamente diseñada para utilizar con centrales de monitoreo BYKOM. Consulte con su proveedor de seguridad antes de descargar la aplicación.
