think it's a con Terrible customer care, no response on e mails sent to holidog help. Website needs improvement asap. Plus special insurance you have to pay even if a sitter cancels ?? Then pay again for the next sitter! Not happy!

Horrible app The only thing you can do is write a message and respond to notification. Cant contact customer service, cant see my profile or update any information. Can't even close the app once open. Need to force close the tasks. Constantly stops working. As soon as i get notification, press on the app it closes itself 'holidog stopped working'. What rubbish is that?!

Joke.... The whole website is just a con... I've disabled this app so this message stays here to warn others..

Unreliable App doesn't work but the website isn't much better. No reply from some sitters and replies from sitters I didn't ask for. I used a different site for my dog sitter. I've now uninstalled this app.
