Don't know how this company even got Hermann doors to use their system. Avoid Hermann doors if you need smart control. Constant logouts from app, they do not reply to emails.

Buggy cubes and/or buggy app software. After upgrades, you might get more bugs than there were before: like you might not be able to connect to cubes at all, randomly log out, etc. feels like when it works - never upgrade. Btw, I am curious where is googled watching? Some reviews from 2014 with 5 stars with things like "good start.", "eager to see." either from devs/friends or somehow just good credits upfront which do not have any relation to the actual product, imo

Safe from such a thing, money thrown out the window on their so-called cube. First of all, their so-called cube is not a Hermann product, it is an ordinary product with functional deficiencies in the program. Update after update damages the situation instead of improving it. In vain, I write them on the support, you talk to robots. The forum is also useless. Avoid it

Holograms can not be added anymore and localization is wrong. Plans is called "pläne". I cannot add new Holograms, every time it uses the last added Device as trigger device. Updates always break sth, what does your qa department do all day?
