The year is 2026 now. Compared to when it was first launched in 2015, smart home has come along way. Improved tremendously in terms of compatibility, connectivity, automation and app improvements. Gone were the days of patchy Wi-Fi connections. Now it is more stable with universal standards like ZigBee, Matters etc. seamless connection between devices to smart panels and phone app. You just need to have a good home network coverage to experience the best of smart home. App is easy to use.

App was working great until now. Unable to view rooms, unable to see family, unable to add scene unable to do anything. Each time I go into see family management app shuts down with a message that there is a bug and need to wait for developer to fix. How long will this take? Unable to use app.

Since last update, once I acess the app, I find my family but NOT the associated devices, nor scenes and automation in my Samsung S23. I have tried to add the device again, but it is as though nothing had happened.

I bought 2 Orvibo S20 Wi-Fi Smart Sockets. Now Orvibo have removed the App to support them, there's no app to download for my new phone. Won't be buying anymore Orvibo products.

I currently have two smart sockets connected to the app and have done for a few years with no problems. Tried to add a third, and it says connected but then doesn't appear within the app like the other two do, so I can't use it. Ant suggestions please?
