Booking cleaning services just like Grab, so convenient. Great services. The app provides a reminder before the appointment date and the cleaner called before arrival. Mint, very cheerful and polite, understands my cleaning requirement well and eve provide better solutions. Shared the photos after the services' completion. I see my house is shinny again. The tools were kept neat and clothes were all washed and hanged properly. Definitely, my choice to go for next cleaning needs.

Not all helpers cleaning service and quality is good. I prefer to have the same helper every appointment to save time on explaining the same cleaning schedule, initially the management arranged the same one for me but always change the helper last min. And recently the response from the management/admin is very slow, and they do not reply at all. Many hidden conditions which not revealed until the service has been purchased and when the booking is being made.

I had tried to book a cleaning slot from this homely app, most of the dates seems unavailable, besides having into booking a slot there are lots of ads, fake promo and redirection it is just too confusing. I also Tried reaching them by phone but no response. Quite a bad service before I even tried to book. I would not recommend. Tried it at your own risk
