The App is not perfect, but it's also not the worst ever. But the service is terrible. It can't be trusted at all. They leave the services incomplete and their "insurance" means nothing.

I requested home cleaning service for 1 professional for 3 hours but 2 came up. Most of the time they were talking to each other and didn't follow instructions. Overall there was no professionalism and the platform should not allow this

They will SPAM you with notifications daily, a couple of times a day, prompting you to book a service. I never managed to get someone to accept a job, and the process to contact a human and rebook it is painful. Google your local trade, don't tip Oscar for doing the job that would take you a few minutes to do - with an actual result.
