1. Great and convenience app to monitor and track the vehicle. 2. Remote start the air conditioning is useful, helpful, and effective. 3. However, sometimes the app will take longer time to connect the main server or unable to connect. 4. There are plenty of areas for improvement. Thank you for such brilliant idea having the Honda Connect.

Very bad app, the password reset take ages as the app keep connecting to server. Furthermore the notification to update the app was in the notification box instead of auto updates lije other apps, the problem if you have not had access to the app (password issue), you don't even know need to update your app. Hope honda's car is not as bad as this app.

Update, had to verify car ownership again (10th june) then says next verification is13th june. Logs out every other week and requires vehicle ownership verification every other day, so too many times I go to use the remote start early on a cold morning, and I can't because it wants to verify again. It is such infuriating rubbish. Do better honda. Also, it always car as shows unlocked, the location is hit-and-miss whether itll actually work when you want it. This is all 100% poor software by Honda.
