App is very well crafter, very comfortable to use. Suggestion: allow ordering eat-in without scanning code. I want to order on the way and start eating as soon as possible without waiting inside too much.

It's all good I just have one suggestion. To add ice to the match on the app. The same option they put for the americano or the espresso. As the only to go match that can be ordered through the app is the vanilla one which I'm not fan. Cool it ? *Add ice*. Because every time I'm going to buy an iced match latte I can only order it in store and not through the app

There are 9 restaurants of this chain in Portugal, but unfortunately, the app and the loyalty program do not work here. Priority ordering through the app is also unavailable. This is disappointing, as it limits the experience for both local and visiting customers

Disappointing. Thinks I'm in Spain, and unable to use to order food in Lisbon. Unable to set non Spain address or select a store from the map outside Spain.

Pretty useless - tried ordering whilst in the restaurant, gps didn't work, it "thought" I was 500 meters away. Also, it didn't pick up a promotion I downloaded it under. I have no reason to keep this app on my device.

Can you integrate with Google Pay??... Oh it is a god awful experience to set a new Eden red card: get card number, log into edenred, get edenred verification, fill in manually the 4 card details fields in hg app, payment process stops, edenred requires an extra verification. 5 min later... Man. Speechless. A decent UX should consider the very beginning of the user Journey: where am I getting the card details from in the first place. Instead: Google Pay, thumb verify, done.
