Service is great, but I forgot to add an item to my order, from the same place, and my friend also ordered something for the same address. We had 3 different drivers, so we had to tip 3 different drivers. Other than that, it's good.

This app has really improved over the years so im updating my 2-star review. Food has so far been on time and early. Had an issue with a McDonald's order a few months ago (restaurants fault) and vally eats quickly issued me a credit for the order with just a picture and a 1 sentence description.

LOVIN' VALLEY EATS! Sually get the same driver Wendy. she's super with customers. Smiling and kind no matter if it's in the heat or rain. We will keep using Valley Eats A LOT. Would like to see more Promos/Promo codes that WORK and/or Promotions in general. Us loyal customers would appreciate iit. We realize it's not cheap for delivery & gas prices, we believe there should be more deals from the stores for those of us at home. I've searched online MANY times but NO Codes work except $2 off Tues

Overpriced. Delivery fees make sense, but they charge you an extra fee to pay for the bags etc., then on top of that pad the menu prices as well. That an insanely long delivery time.

It's been a while since I used this delivery app, and tonight, I was reminded of why never to use it again. This service does not hire enough delivery personnel, which leads to the drivers having to deliver multiple orders along their route. It wouldn't be an issue if you're the first stop but when you watch your order travel 25 minutes in the opposite direction and then travel 25 minutes back to deliver luke warm food from a restaurant that is 12 minutes from your house it's quite frustrating.
