It appears Notion is no longer in business. The website no longer exists, and the phone and email contacts are out of service. I was reasonably satisfied with the limited products I used until now, but now that the company is defunct and the products are giving me issues, it's time to get rid of them.

I have 4(2- 2nd gen and 2 3rd gen) and 2 Bridges. I use these to monitor HVAC closet, Kitchen Sink, Water Heater and even my parked vehicle. The recentered with Pepper is a bit concerning as there hasn't been much activity since they merged a year ago. I've always been an early adopter of products from start-ups and hope this one makes it, so many others have not. I have had my first two sensors since Hippo was a partner. The other two I purchased online. I'm rooting for you. Make some noise!

Bridge won't connect, device not found, check Internet connection. I did, internet is fine, tried resetting the bridge, still not working. I have a lot of wireless items running at home, sometimes they have glitches but nowhere near as bad as this, I came back here to reinstall the app and discovered the reviews, now I know that I'm not the only one, in fact if it had worked I probably would have been the only one it worked for. The bridge connected but now the sensors won't connect 'internet'.

In April 2025 the system and App suddenly stopped working. As the updated App notice said "in my area" of Indiana. It advised me to delete the App and dispose of all Notion electronic devices. It worked well for several years and was supplied by my home insurance company, Hippo. Another FAILED company that we depended on their servers for functionality.
