First off this app is complete and utterly useless. Jobs lag and when you’re going on scene it doesn’t update. Since you’re not showing on scene you cannot clear the call-out. I’d prefer to use Tow book with it, but that doesn’t always work either. Now for Honk. If you run into an issue with a live call the dispatch line does nothing but tell you to go online to resolve the issue. Why they can’t help you while connected is beyond me. We spent over 90 minutes trying to find one of their customers o

Do not work for this company they are a nightmare. They send you out for a $25.00 jump start and if the jump start doesn't work(bad starter) they change job to a tow and do not pay for the jump start. Furthermore, it affects your company score as a canceled job when in fact it was completed. Very shady business practices.
