I love HopSkipDrive services, they give very detailed information, such as a picture of the driver & vehicle with the license plate number, make and model and the drivers name, and it shows a live feed of the vehicle driving on the map, it sends text messages of when and where your child is being picked up and dropped off, as well as the times, overall I feel as safe as I could putting my child in the hands of a person that works for transportation.

Dependable, kind and responsible drivers. It is nice to put a parent's mind at ease knowing your child is safe back and forth from school when you are at work in your busy 9-5 (usually 8-6, but whose counting? 😆) This service is a single mom's greatest help. 🤍

Horrible. Unreliable. Left my kid hanging after they started the ride without her. You pay extra so you don't have the bs. save yourself the money. Support was no help. Then they ask you how to make it right? Provide good service without dropping the ball. Never ever am I going to use this service. I do not recommend even a little

I disagree with your $10 extra charge. My son was on time at location provided in instruction. Your driver on the other hand was waiting at a wrong place, couldn't follow instructions. He was supposed call my son and wait at the parking lot behind tennis courts. He was waiting at the school entrance. If your drivers couldn't read instructions and put stress on me and my son, what the point of your services. On the top of it you changed extra money for your mistake.

SAFE, RELIABLE RIDES FOR KIDS
HopSkipDrive is the safest, tech-enabled youth transportation solution for kids ages 6+. Today’s schools, organizations and busy families depend on HopSkipDrive to get kids everywhere they need to go, 7 days a week.
SAFETY IS HOPSKIPDRIVE’S #1 PRIORITY
Rides are provided by trusted CareDrivers — ‘caregivers on wheels’ — who have a minimum of 5 years of caregiving experience and pass a rigorous 15-point certification process, including fingerprinting, background checks, car inspections, and more (full 15-point certification process listed below).
HopSkipDrive CareDrivers have provided more than 2M+ rides over 20 million safe miles driving kids to and from school and activities.
Our U.S.-based Safe Ride Support team monitors every HopSkipDrive ride in real-time, giving parents and caregivers greater peace of mind by proactively preventing any issues.
This is in addition to many other safety mechanisms, including a patent-pending multifactor authentication process on pickup, GPS tracking, full real-time transparency for parents/caregivers, and more.
EASILY SEE UPCOMING RIDES AND GET CAREDRIVER DETAILS
If your school or another organization is booking transportation for your child, you can see what upcoming rides are booked through your HopSkipDrive app.
For families directly booking rides for kids, you can add single rides, repeating rides, or multi-stop rides directly in the app. You can also leave location-specific notes about pickup, like if your child needs to be signed out of school or walked into their karate class.
You’ll get information about your child’s CareDriver in advance: a photo, bio and vehicle details. This helps you know exactly who is giving your child a ride and prepare your child for their upcoming ride.
TRACK YOUR CHILD’S RIDES IN REAL-TIME, DIRECTLY IN THE APP
Parents and caregivers love the ability to track their child’s ride in real-time directly in the HopSkipDrive app, whether you or your child’s school booked the ride! HopSkipDrive will also send you notifications for each stage of the ride, like when the CareDriver is on their way and when your child has been picked up and dropped off safely.
Keep in mind that if a school or organization booked the ride, they can also track the ride in real-time. And again, our Safe Ride Support team is watching every ride in progress.
