Easy to use. Can go up to 15 mph or so. Easy to control. 39 cent a minute after that first minute ain't bad either. Only complaint is that range is limited to 2-3 miles or so max.

Charges regardless of if the scooter is available to ride or not, unable to scan any of the 4 scooters I tried due to a "communication error" literally just took my money

The app spazzes out when scanning QR codes, UI actions bleed past your phone's bottom navigation, so you have to tap with precision, you must add $30 to even begin a ride, the menus are not at all intuitive, and the scooters are poorly maintained. What an absolute mess.
