It's basically the in game map. He wants your personalized data so he can sell it. If you don't outright tell him no he takes your data and sells it. He's a scammer and a thief. This app is TRASH, and it is STEALING YOUR DATA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.

A seemingly small app that then requires a 112mb download. Why not just have the entire thing download in one go rather than spring a nasty surprise when out and about without Wi-Fi then to find you can't use the app
