Access your account information anywhere, anytime with Horizon’s free Mobile Banking App for Android and Wear OS. With the Mobile Banking App you’ll be able to:
• Check account balances • Review account history • Deposit Checks • Make transfers • Pay bills • View and activate your cash back offers • Find Horizon Branch or ATM locations
Logging in to the Mobile Banking App is easy. Use the same user ID, password, and security questions that you use for Horizon’s Home Banking. No separate or different registration is required. Horizon’s Mobile Banking App is both convenient and safe to use. When logging in you are required to authenticate yourself on each individual mobile device using the same information from Home Banking. All communication between your mobile device and the mobile banking server is encrypted. In addition, your password and account information are never stored on the mobile device.
Horizon Credit Union charges no fee, but messaging and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

I couldn't change my payment amount. I had to cancel and start all over. You guys are making it harder and harder to use your service.

Nearly impossible to use. When I enter the username and password which had been verified by my local branch after consulting main office I am denied access because "they don't agree with your records. I am denied access because my device is not recognized. (the only device I have had or used for over 2 years) biometrics is not available too frequently. The app says wait for over 48 hours.

This app just doesn't work. The login insists on calling my phone instead of texting and when I answer, there's nothing. The one time I actually got into my app, there was no option to add an account to pay my loan. This app is poorly designed and non-functional.

Difficult to use banking and credit. Have to jump through hoops with multiple accounts, and they don't work quite right. HBCU itself is great, app needs work.
