I couldn't change my payment amount. I had to cancel and start all over. You guys are making it harder and harder to use your service.

Nearly impossible to use. When I enter the username and password which had been verified by my local branch after consulting main office I am denied access because "they don't agree with your records. I am denied access because my device is not recognized. (the only device I have had or used for over 2 years) biometrics is not available too frequently. The app says wait for over 48 hours.

I would've rated it negative stars if possible .... I hate this new app....it is all screwed up, I'm boarder line wanting to close my acct already, this isn't helping at all
