This companies' app is most indubitably one of my favorite financial institution benefits. I also have Gulf Winds C.U. and G.W. does not offer balance check without logging in, or any support from the mobile application. So far this is the most suitable choice for those who are constantly in a rush or on the fly! Thank you New Horizons!

Tech support is seriously lacking for the online banking end. Mobile deposit hasn't been working since at least 12/25

The NEW..."CHANGE"/"UPDATE"... SUCKS!! My reason for staying this is; I was able to log in with my fingerprint (Biometric scan was perfect), prior to this last "UPDATE". I now am CONSTANTLY promoted to "Try again", then I am LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT for: "Multiple failed attempts at login". I haven't changed ANYTHING with regards to my Biometric scan nor changed the finger used for login. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!PLEASE FIX THIS!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

I haven't been able to log in for weeks now. In reading reviews there are MANY with the same issue. Are you not concerned?! We are customers paying for a service, because online banking is included in our fees, yet we can't access our accounts! Worst yet... we get NO response!! UPDATE This is the most inconsistent banking app!! I can't log in. It's always some type of issues and bugs needing tweaking. Please listen to your customers concerns and give us what we need and pay for!
