Having the dedicated app is great, and it worked without a hitch, but this first iteration is lacking some of the order customization options of the prior platform, such as adding seasoning to the sides and ordering sides together with the main, so they can be packaged together as a meal to avoid separate packaging. Finally, please add an option to decline straws/utensils so that we can cut down on waste when those are not needed. Hopefully those features can be added soon.

Not able to use rewards in the app, tells you that you can during checkout, but I've looked, and I had others look. There is nothing in the checkout. Other than that, the app was easy to use, and convenient.

I had a taste for HCT and I still have a taste for it. Because that chicken I just ate didn't have a taste. It was horrible!! I don't know what happened to them. I hadn't been there for some years, but it was really good. But the chicken that I just ate... I wouldn't eat another bite even if they were given it away.
