I downloaded this App to support a friend. But, after going through the workout programs, I was encouraged to actually move my butt and workout. There was a lot of effort put into it to make it very easy to use!

I donβt know. I think itβs not free. It requires payment for every exercise. This costs a lot. In return, there are huge free videos in YouTube, we can practice by following them. So i uninstalled it.
