Hotel+ Guest App & Concierge

Hotel+ is the guest app for hotels that use Hotel+. Scan the QR code in your room or enter your hotel's code, and the things you would ask the front desk are on your phone, in your language.

Please note: Hotel+ works only at hotels that use Hotel+. It is not a hotel search or room booking app, and you cannot reserve rooms here. Your booking stays with your hotel.

WHAT YOU CAN DO DURING YOUR STAY

• See what the hotel offers – the restaurant, spa, pool, room service and other venues, each with today's opening hours and whether it is open right now.
• Browse menus and order – add dishes to your cart, enter your room number and send the order to the hotel. The app takes no payment: the hotel adds it to your bill as usual.
• Send a request – extra towels, a late check-out question, a problem in the room. Write to the hotel with your room number and, if you like, a phone number.
• Follow your requests – My requests shows what you sent from this phone and the hotel's reply.
• Find answers before you ask – short FAQs for each venue: what to wear in the hammam, when breakfast ends.
• Tell the hotel how it is going – answer a short survey while you are still there, so the team can fix things during your stay.
• In your language – the hotel writes its page once and it opens in your phone's language.

HOW TO START

1. Scan the QR code in your room or at the reception, or type the 6-character hotel code.
2. That's it: no account and no sign-up.
3. Hotels you have visited stay on the start screen, so you can open them again in one tap.

If you cannot find your hotel's code, ask the reception whether they use Hotel+.

YOUR PRIVACY

Only what you send is shared with your hotel: your room number, an optional phone number and your message or order. There is no account, no ads and no tracking. The camera is used only to scan the QR code.
