DO NOT USE THIS SHADY BOOKING SITE. Especially if you're American. They defrauded me and cost me a ruined weekend by denying my reservation, the hotel had no confirmed booking, AND they still stole the money out of my bank account - so I couldn't use it elsewhere. They waited until the day if the reservation to claim that Americans are high risk and said I had to send them copies of my ID and credit card! Shady! They ruined my entire trip, stole my money for a reservation that didn't exist, and refused to 9ffer customer service. This company is EXTREMELY high risk and I am blasting this testimonial to every hotel and booking site out there. I went through Trivago on this, and recommend they drop Hotelsclick fot the safety of their customers.

Said you get a discount booking via the app, you don't it pretends to knock money off but is the same price when you look via web browser. It's shady and I wouldn't trust them with my money.
