Simple, clean, no ads, no background service - what's not to like? The only option I miss is multiple chimes - to be able to tell what hour it is without having to look at the phone EDIT: I was thinking about multiple chimes in a row (3 times for 3pm), like an old clock does, but alternatively a TTS voice option (that just says "3pm" instead of, or after a chime) might be preferable for some users

Perfect This is exactly what I was looking for. It does exactly what it says, it will chime every hour on the hour. And you can set the hours for when you want the chime alerts. It requires no permission. A nice simple interface and delivers on what it says it will.

Edit: User error on my part! The developer pointed out how to configure the start time at :45. Works like a charm now. I wish I could set an hourly chime to activate at :45 instead of top of the hour. Not useful to me as it is, but otherwise nearly perfect.
