After I updated the app, I got logged out and I can't log in again... it says incorrect password. I did not change anything. I only updated the app. I need to use it for my claims then now i coldest even log into my acc.

Cannot log in in as the app always crashes at the otp page. Even after trying tens of times and uninstalling/ reinstalling, I could not log in. In the end, I had to incur costs to see a doctor as I cannot access my card.

Please fix virtual clinic consultation bug. During my scheduled appointment I received a WhatsApp message saying that the doctor is trying to call. However, despite me staying on the app all the while and waiting for the call, there was no prompt from the app to "connect." My appointment was shortly "rejected due to no response." Quite frustrating.
