So far so good. It took three times on The hearing test to match what my audiologist had for hearing loss. The hearing aids work well, and the app is good. Only giving four stars for lack of a manual input on what hz/tone to amplify and the lack of a mute button. I will be keeping these. Tried and returned two other OTC hearing aids

I can't say that these have been the best. I've had them a little over 1 year and a half. When first used they were my favorite (that's with moderate use). Shortly within a few months they would disconnect for nothing. I only use these for special events, and they have been letting me down. Wish they had a better version or an update. So I give it 2 stars because of the time they last. Now after doing a full charge they still will shut off without being used. Shows charged then, dies immediately

App usually can't detect Hearing Aids even when it's connected to the phone's Bluetooth. The device itself has nonexistent support from Guevara.

When I try to download the app on my newest android, it says it's for an older version of android (using 14). Sowhen install it on my android 12, I follow the instructions on the app, but the hearing aids are not visible on my Bluetooth devices when I activate pairing mode on the hearing aids. I went to support and left a phone message, I filled out a support form on the hp website, and I e-mailed support from the information posted in this comments thread. 2 days no reply. Scam
