The budz are amazing, and they connect to my phone and computer perfectly BUT the app will not find or recognize it as a bud nearby or whatever like it won't connect to the app, but it will to the phone. Please help the app looks cool and the budz are great

Been months since I used it. There are some areas for improvement. 1. reduce the noise received upon connected, as it will amplify and then do the noise reduction in the first 2-3s after initial wearing. 2. there are some places that IDK why but all connection will be cut off, the device when off and nothing is being here. 3. I have been to clinic/hospital etc. that I do not know which location to switch to. Not home, not office, not streets too. Would be better if unheard can work all one.

I got these ear buds to use for improved hearing. They are fantastic for that and the app works very well. There are two app enhancements I would like to see: First, a more detailed equalizer that would allow me to fine tune settings more, such as adding additional base and treble and not a trade-off. The other would be a way to disable 'World off' when using outdoors, so a breeze doesn't activate it during a conversation. Thanks for the great product!

These are absolutely expensive trash & I will be returning my IQ buds max2. They will not connect to my Pixel 3a for more than a minute. That means I can't configure them or use in any way. The unheard team is also insulting in their responses. Btw, I'm going to get a restocking fee for sending back super expensive earbuds that never worked.

Avoid!! Good to know I'm not the only one with Bluetooth connection problems. Lost connectivity to my phone December to January The buds work they are able to go into"restaurant, driving even world off" however I don't hear the narrator Unable to connect to my phone. These $400 buds became a $400 ear plugs. My warranty expired Oct 2019 I have been in contact with customer care they had me charge, clean the device after that it's out of warranty visit the story to buy new buds Fix your software
