I got these ear buds to use for improved hearing. They are fantastic for that and the app works very well. There are two app enhancements I would like to see: First, a more detailed equalizer that would allow me to fine tune settings more, such as adding additional base and treble and not a trade-off. The other would be a way to disable 'World off' when using outdoors, so a breeze doesn't activate it during a conversation. Thanks for the great product!

Obviously only works with Subarea ear buds and emulates having a full-blown hearing test and sets up the buds to match your hearing. It also allows you to control volume, base and world functions. A very good bit of software

Chewing food by moving uper and lower jaw up-and-down it's annoying to hear ear buds reciting home, world off and again home, world off back and forth by self without finger top. The best thing is when you have to have a something to eat take them out. Also screeching high pitch sound drive me insane. I got them in first place to watch TV in quite environment. I wouldn't use them for hearing aid substitute. They are basically sound amplifiers.

These are absolutely expensive trash & I will be returning my IQ buds max2. They will not connect to my Pixel 3a for more than a minute. That means I can't configure them or use in any way. The unheard team is also insulting in their responses. Btw, I'm going to get a restocking fee for sending back super expensive earbuds that never worked.

I have an older set of IQ Boost earphones. Which work perfectly, connect to my phone perfectly, but the app doesn't recognize they are connected making them totally useless now as you CANNOT get past that part of the app to control the buds. Such a shame.
