I haven't used this in a while, but it is now acting up. I print a picture one time. The printer is printing the requested image 2 or 3 times. Wasting paper that is expensive. What's up?

Wish it came with paper manual. Stumbled onto printing pictures not in original sprocket file. Could only do what showed at first. Could use 'paper out' light, getting printer to stop, so I can refill was impossible. But like printer very much.

Great for first time use, but it cuts off images. I noticed the edge of the images gets cut off. They should create a template within the app that allows you to shrink the images into a safe zone which will represent where the image won't get cut off. Or just update the app/device so that it won't cut off the picture.

Wow, two days in, and I haven't printed a single picture. Downloaded app a couple of times, constantly getting messages about printer not connecting, or Bluetooth issues. Had photos queued, even had one printing. Still nothing. Not a satisfying purchase for me, unfortunately.

Slow and buggy app; you frequently have to reset your printer to allow it to reconnect - even the next day it might forget your printer or your account - for some reason you need an account for a printer app... As other reviewers pointed out sometimes it will re-print old queue photos from weeks ago, wasting the paper and ink. I have both a Sprocket 200 and a Studio Plus, and both have regular connection issues over the years I've owned them. Wish I'd gone for something else!

So far It's very challenging to even open the app. I have successfully printed 2 pictures yesterday, but today I can't get the app to fully load or let me select any pics to print! Very concerned how do I use the printer without the app!
