I want to say thank the Lord I bought his when I did, came in handy. Needed it today, and it worked! December 15, 2021, it worked. The printer needed a firmware update, the phone needed to be on internet, and GPS enabled. MotoZ3 running Pie. But it worked. Not the best quality, but it served it's purpose.

Purchased this printer for my 10-year-old. The app installed without any issue but when we tried to print a photo, a message appeared that I must install the new firmware update before printing. I tried numerous times to install the firmware update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But it keeps spinning and spinning until the printer times out and disconnects. We've spent hours with no resolution. Please fix this!
