I want to say thank the Lord I bought his when I did, came in handy. Needed it today, and it worked! December 15, 2021, it worked. The printer needed a firmware update, the phone needed to be on internet, and GPS enabled. MotoZ3 running Pie. But it worked. Not the best quality, but it served it's purpose.

Purchased this printer for my 10-year-old. The app installed without any issue but when we tried to print a photo, a message appeared that I must install the new firmware update before printing. I tried numerous times to install the firmware update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But it keeps spinning and spinning until the printer times out and disconnects. We've spent hours with no resolution. Please fix this! Update: tried again a few days later and the firmware update worked!

I am having a nightmare with this Polaroid Mint printer and this particular app. After many attempts to connect I finally get it, but now it doesn't let me update the printers' firmware as it keeps crashing every time I click the update button. As a result I've got a yellow brick sitting on my desk. On its way to the bin unless anyone can help me.

Should've looked at reviews before purchasing the printer. I was so excited to get the device and print little pictures and yet the app won't connect to the printer. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because now I'm stuck with a device that can't even work:'(
