I am very disappointed with your app. I attempted to purchase a 2025 photobook calendar, but every time I added it to the cart, the app crashed. It also duplicated several pages, and ultimately displayed a total of 1,000 pages, which is clearly impossible to print. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but no solution was offered.

If you come here for photo book, RUN! I should have read some reviews before starting my photo book editing right away. It seems that the app cannot do photo books properly at all. In my case, I already finished 140 pages, and after I clicked purchase, the app made 140 pages into 1000+ pages. It didn't just double the photos but as well distorted the photo arrangement I did. Ended up wasting two days to do this. And help center didn't reach out back to me for any solution at all.

A waste of time. I ordered some prints and waited almost a month, then I tried to contact them but customer service is very automated and not really helpful. They sent me the order a second time, guess what? I didn't receive it, again. I didn't receive a single useful solution, so yeah, won't ever order from here again. What makes me give 1 ⭐ is the lack of a solution to help a client that paid. They gave me a little refund, but it's no longer available on my profile.

Worse app ever! The more photos you order, the cheaper it is per piece, logic! But they use this reduced price as a 'promo code' so you cannot use an actual promo code! Be aware: big scam!!!
