As a plumber this app has made my job easier while also gives alot more value to my clients. It allows the customer/clients to hold the camera monitor in their hands while I run my inspection, im able to explain each issue in detail while giving the client eyes on exactly what im talking about and prevents clients from going on roof or in their crawlspace. I love this app.

Rigid Crew! Great App for sending your Video Inspections to your staff or customers while still on site. I've seen so many of my friends in the business or even my competitors (that have the "X" model monitors) that don't take the time to learn how to use this app. I tell them all they that are missing out. For people that are having issues sending the videos. (I use a Samsung Note 8) Click on the videos that you want to send, create link, then messenger app then person you want to send it to.

I send it back due to not connecting to my tablet. I got it back it worked for 2 jobs and now it's connecting to my tablet, but it's not giving signal to my camera.

Well for a 6 grand tool that I had to order 2 to get one to show up but since day one camera has not worked properly and spent several hours on the phone trying to find out why it's not working to a 3rd call to tech support yesterday to him telling me how to take can head off and there was water inside .then im told have to pay to send back but so far this cam system is far from worth the money so far .so now im mailing a 2-week-old can back that has not worked out of box so not impressed.
