Edit from below. The UI has thankfully been fixed to address my concern. Thanks. Please fix the UI. The top navigation menu is too high on android, it falls behind the android status bar and cannot be interacted

Customer service poor - app stopped wrkng. At some point the app ceased allowing me to log in. password was correct as the same worked on web. In addition, they are not transparent in terms of some settings and any question I might have that is not addressed in their help page is diverted to a call center. No email replies other than frustratingly obtuse and ignorant caned responses. IF YOU ARE SHOPPING FOR AN HSA BANK, not just an app, I would advise looking elsewhere.

After updating it, it won't let me log in. Changed my password twice before giving up and trying to sign through the Web browser, had no issues. Tried the app again and still can't sign into my account.

Don't bother with the app. Go through your browser or desktop. There is an error in the app that prevents you from submitting expense reimbursements.
