I had a number of symptoms which were causing concern. No NHS GP appointment available in the short term so I used the remote GP service from HSBC. I have to say that I was impressed. Arranging the appointment was straightforward, and I received reminders prior to the appointment. The GP was on time, very personable, professional and competent. He put my mind at rest and issued a private prescription. I will definitely use the service again.

I just installed the update today and the app is no longer working. I log in and then get a screen saying that I have successfully logged in. I click the continue button and the exact same screen (successful login) appears again. It keeps appearing every time I click continue. I have an appointment today and this error may affect it. Please fix this so I can use the app.

As per others comments. This is completely useless. How can a bank the size of HSBC not realize that people can't register. And then you get a patronizing response from the developer saying sorry but doing absolutely sweet FA to rectify the obvious school boy error. It's actually comical.
