This app is okay... nothing really special that makes it stand out. I purchased hsk 3, 4, and 5. Only hsk 5 has the flashcard od the day working correctly with the pinyin, character and meaning provided. The flashcard notification does not seem to work at all for versions 3 and 4 on my Android device. This app could be a 5 star for me had a word of the day would work consistently and hsk 3 and 4 as well. I had to use other apps to help me get the word of the day and keep learning Chinese.

Wanted to upgrade to pro, but it was ยฃ9.99, I bought 1/2/3/4 many years ago for ยฃ3.99 which I thought was acceptable. Today I got offered a 50% discount and thought sure that's acceptable. But the price hasn't changed, still ยฃ9.99.

I installed HSK 1-5 but only HSK 5 is problematic, the installation was successful, but the icon wouldn't show. I tried again and again several times but still wouldn't let it create the icon. How am I supposed to use it if there is no icon to click?

The star rating is for value for money for the pro version. I've already got 2,3,4 and I like these apps. The apps are nice for reviewing what you already know, and the usability is good. But ยฃ35 for this pro version unfortunately I can't justify it. I would consider buying it in a sale.
