This app is great. It combines both anki logic with writing practice. And the game part is also fun. For what I think could be a good addition is a pinyin learning game where you had to choose the correct pinyin for the showen Heinz.

I really like this app. I like that it's aligned to the HSK which matches the textbooks I use, but I can learn to write traditional characters (they're easier for me to read). I love that recalling the parts of the characters is part of the exercise. Makes learning easier. I'm looking forward to more HSK levels being added in the future.

Edit Update: with ad removal for $8, this is a no-brainer. Great app, but not a fan of the new subscription option. I've been using this app off and on since it was posted to reddit ages ago. I do understand developers need to make money to continue to improve, but I'm not a fan of subscriptions. If they had a one time payment option to remove the ads I'd be more inclined to actually buy it. Other than that, highly recommend this as an alternative for Skitter.
