Unfortunately this App does not allow creation of Custom labels within
contacts (E.g "UK" or "Customer services" or "Evening mobile" etc). This
App only lets you choose from its own pre-defined labels (E.g "Home" or
"Work" or "Mobile" etc) when creating a contact within the 'Phone'
directory in Phonebook. Such an easy thing to implement but no option for
Custom label - this is the main reason this App fails for me. I hope HTC
can add this option in an update soon.

I used to believe that when it comes to utility and features nothing can even come close in dreadfulness, appallingness and drop-dead stupidity to iPhones, but I was wrong. First of all, How could a phone app on a, supposedly, smart phone, not be able to aggregate call log entries?!! How hard can it possibly be if I call someone more than once, or if someone calls me more than once, to collect all these entries into one collapsible log entry. How is it ok for anyone to live with this REVOLTINGLY clattered, messy, and seemingly chaotic call log?!! Second, since Android 6, If someone calls while I am using any other app on my 'smart' phone a pop notification with options to answer or decline used to show like any other notification from any other app. This gave me the freedom to swipe the call away, silence the ringer and continue working without declining the call or leaving the app that I'm working on. But this one, Nooo. It thinks we are dumb enough not to know our own good so they decided to ommit what Google thought best for the user and force incoming calls to draw over the entire screen whether you like it, want it or bloody not. Third, do you even know what outgoing call notifications are? They are these small grey boxes that appear at the bottom of the screen whenever there is a carrier related message is sent to the phone within a call, like for example, when I call someone and this person is on another call, a small grey box appears with a message implying that the person I am calling is currently on a call of their own and that I am on "waiting". Or for example if my call was forwarded a small grey box appears with a message saying that my call was "forwarded", do you understand?! Every single phone I owned, smart or not, had this feature, with the sad, dreary exception of the iPhone, but now also, unfortunately so, HTC. They somehow got it into their heads that they know better than us, than Google, and basically every other major Android manufacturer. HTC, I can send you an APK for the 'Sony' phone app, it's amazing, copy it and re-brand it into 'people' or whatever and send it back so it can be the stock phone app. Or do as Sony did and copy Google's, or even better still, give me the freedom to completely uninstall and delete this utter inconvenience of a phone app so I, the owner and the user, can choose my bloody own... I never thought that I would hate using any smartphone as much as I hated using the stupid iPhone, but I was wrong, again!
