With HubHello, you have access to crucial information all in one place, whether your child is currently enrolled or was previously part of the over 5000 Early Childhood Education and Care services across Australia using the HubHello platform.

- Organisation: Manage last-minute online bookings, pay fees, update online forms and connect with your service at your convenience. Progress Tracking: Access your child's developmental reports and educational progress anytime.

Be in the know: Stay informed about your child's service's upcoming events, special days, and important dates.

My childcare center started using this program, it takes a little getting used to the layout but now I'm comfortable and appreciate them providing us insight into our little humans lives at childcare.

Terrible to use. Very not user-friendly! Spend 4 weeks trying to log into the app as parent 2 but can't. Keeps saying "something went wrong". But I can log into the website with no problems. But the website is terrible and can't navigate easy at all. Not for mobile.

Useless. Echoing other reviews here. Never able to log in to app but can fine on the website. Pop up message saying check connection. It's not a connection issue when the Web browser works...

When a new program is uploaded to Educate section under 'program planning' tab, all previous programs fail to load or loads as a blank screen & regardless on the app or website. Not the first time it had happened as previously my child 'graduates' to another program e.g. babies to toddlers. Such a buggy system. Please fix it. It's wonderful for parents to be able to view or follow what our children had been doing in school. Very disappointing when this is the only platform to do so!

I can no longer access the app. It keeps coming up with an error message that I have no internet even though I do. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped.
