I have added an outdoor plug and an outdoor transformer per the instructions. My question is about individual control from Alexa. I can turn either device on or off but the individual channels are greyed out in Alexa. The plug has 2 outlets that can be controlled from hubspace independently but not from Alexa. The transformer has 3 channels and from Alexa they are either all on or off. It would be a great if we could control the individual circuits from Alexa like we can from the app.

So it's pretty good, but it lacks one major piece to get 5 stars: the ability to link a schedule to a group of bulbs rather than having to create each one individually. Ie I have two in an overhead fixture, they are grouped, but I have to set up all the scheduled on, off, sunset, morning wakeup, etc. on one of them, then recreate each one of those for the second bulb as well. Adding a schedule should also give the option to apply to a group or room so that you can literally group them together.

Finally, Hubspace has created a widget, which is what we've been waiting for, but it still needs work... for instance. After creating and launching a widget, people would like to see only those products selected in that widget, not showing all. If I need to see all I would simply click the hubspace icon. In other words, create a widget that will allow us to launch only those products that were selected in the widgets. Also, the on & off widget doesn't show. If it's on or off.

Many of the lights would not connect or stay connected to the internet. Wi-Fi network may not be strong enough but no real way to test or information provided to troubleshoot

App is incredibly glitchy if you don't give plugs Wi-Fi access - which there is no reason for them to need. On Bluetooth, two feet from my phone, and nothing can connect? None of the 4 plugs in a 12x12 room can be found? Tried to add the widget because that's helpful actually - can't find any of the 8 plugs in my 500sqft apartment, actually. No devices available. Have tried every listed troubleshoot. The wait for the call they want me to make is over an hour to speak to someone I cannot understand

This app is lacking a couple key features to make it more usable in a family. You cannot share devices except in the Google Home app; nobody else can use hubspace with the same devices. Only one person. Even on Google Home, it doesn't let you set most of the options like fan speed or light brightness. At least one of these two things needs fixing.

Don't always catch my Wi-Fi and won't let me turn on the light with the switch until it catches the Wi-Fi
