Love this app and the integrations. I only had one issue with getting a light connected but figured out that the QR code in the box was wrong. Once I scanned the one on the light itself, we were all good. Easy to set up everything and clearly label and set default colors and brightness or program to a schedule. Use with alexa perfectly

The app is fine EXCEPT that today when I opened it I found that it had updated and logged me out. I had already left home and was driving and needed to check the status of my home. There was no way to do so because I couldn't remember my password and my written record of it was back at home. Because I did everything through the app rather than a webpage the password isn't in Google's password manager. Very annoying to be logged out this way. Update: It happened AGAIN.

Terrible support. Hit the help support button in the hubspace app it takes you to the Home Depot app. Then the hone Depot app help section doesn't know anything about hubspace or how I was redirected there. Home Depot gave me an email to hubspace support and here I am 5 days later with no response from hubspace email. Everything seems okay until it's not, and then you just get left in the darkness wasting money.

Flickers more than a bic flame. My topo light works bets regardless of color, lamp or ceiling fan. Hubhouse on the other hand. . . Needs updates n correction

Cannot get any of the lights to connect to my Wi-Fi system so that they can be controlled remotely. They seem to work okay if I get close and can use Bluetooth
