I have added an outdoor plug and an outdoor transformer per the instructions. My question is about individual control from Alexa. I can turn either device on or off but the individual channels are greyed out in Alexa. The plug has 2 outlets that can be controlled from hubspace independently but not from Alexa. The transformer has 3 channels and from Alexa they are either all on or off. It would be a great if we could control the individual circuits from Alexa like we can from the app.

Love this app and the integrations. I only had one issue with getting a light connected but figured out that the QR code in the box was wrong. Once I scanned the one on the light itself, we were all good. Easy to set up everything and clearly label and set default colors and brightness or program to a schedule. Use with alexa perfectly

Used to work great but all of a sudden will not control my fan. I've deleted the fan and added back. The app says it's connected but the fan does not respond, and I have to use the remote.

So many issues, I have a ceiling fan that is installed. It won't connect to the network and then when it says take off power. I've been trying to do that, but I can't just install the fan. Not recommended

Terrible support. Hit the help support button in the hubspace app it takes you to the Home Depot app. Then the hone Depot app help section doesn't know anything about hubspace or how I was redirected there. Home Depot gave me an email to hubspace support and here I am 5 days later with no response from hubspace email. Everything seems okay until it's not, and then you just get left in the darkness wasting money.

Cannot get any of the lights to connect to my Wi-Fi system so that they can be controlled remotely. They seem to work okay if I get close and can use Bluetooth
