Great learning resource It's a great app for learning Japanese, and the explanations are the best I've come across. Nearly perfect. I'd give it 5 stars of progress was maintained over multiple devices. If I do a couple of lessons on my tablet and them use it on my phone, it would be nice to be able to pick up right where I left off.

Excellent language learning resource This is a real textbook, not just a phrasebook. But the explanations are better than any other textbooks i have used. And the multimedia support elements are very good and useful. Human Japanese was good, Human Japanese Intermediate is even better. It may seem pricey for an "app", but it is a bargain for an extensive high quality multimedia language learning resource.

Human Japanese is cool but.. I cant do anything with the app because it keeps force closing and when that wasn't happening I wasn't able to download the content for the app. Please fix, I really want to use this

A decent app but not really "intermediate." The material covered is all stuff you'd get early in a beginning textbook (including looking at the material unlocked in the full app). I also don't like the landscape orientation or how the page keeps me scrolled down when I swipe to the next page so I have to scroll back up every time. Anyway, if you did & liked the first app in this series this might be good but if you want actual intermediate material look elsewhere.

Kanji with furigana? Please make this app have all Kanji with furigana instead of only hiragana. For the intermediate level, this is unacceptable and handicaps learners. Fix this and then I'd consider purchasing the app.
