Always keeps on loading and refreshing page, takes too much time to load out, when you have to order something, also if I'm ordering for pasighat while I'm at tanager, after selecting the destination as mirbuk, I'm still show restaurants from tanager, it's kinda let down when I want to send someone cake on bdays and this is the issue I face what a let-down

TRY TO CHANGE the DELIVERY CHARGES It's too much like the food item that I wanted was worth Rs 210 and delivery charges is Rs 100 above?; is it some kind of sick joke?; you RIBA group can do better come on!

Very, very costly. They add huge extra amount then the original price of the food, delivery charges, packing charges, GST and what not. Stop robbing people.

Manager does not respond to the call, neither does chat support help. Been an hour of placing the order, till now no notification whether I am getting the delivery or not. Also, there's no option to cancel the order. Zomato is available in my location, but still went with hungry. (vocal for local) But that was a big mistake.
