So far so good. Only had one issue when I initially changed my password. I had to log out from old password and relog back in with new password and no issue from there.

DEC website won't work to buy licenses, the page just freezes, so I followed prompts to the app instead. All the app does is send me to the website, which is not working, to buy a license. What's the point of the app!?

Unable to create an account. When trying to complete account setup, you are asked for date of birth and then select an ID verification method, I chose my NY DEC customer number. The app pulled in my info including home address directly from NYS DEC. After inputting my email address and chosing password, You have to indicate you are not a robot, when you hit submit you are presented with a message showing your exact address and says it cannot verify my home address.

Can't log into the app but can on the website. Gives invalid username or password. We'll at least it gives the website link, so you can get your licenses
