Used to work... When I originally downloaded it it worked well for reporting tags and showing your license privileges. Hasn't worked right for the last couple of years. Trying to look at most anything returns an "invalid" error. To purchase licenses you end up being directed to the Kalkomy site. Can't believe with all the money we spend on licenses and tags we can't get a decent app. It worked great when first launched.

Great app until may2026. In early April I renewed my license through the app no problem. I log in today I can only see my licenses for a second before it closes, and I get an update error. Un/reinstall 4 pop-ups about an update but no update available from Google play

DEC website won't work to buy licenses, the page just freezes, so I followed prompts to the app instead. All the app does is send me to the website, which is not working, to buy a license. What's the point of the app!?

Can't log into the app but can on the website. Gives invalid username or password. We'll at least it gives the website link, so you can get your licenses

I'd give it a zero-star rating if I could. Used to work fine, now completely useless. NYS can't do anything right.
