★★★★★ IDK? I swore by these Encounters! Loved em. Only cams to send me photos at home. Then all sudden around the 15th of Sept they just up and stopped sending pics. I got 2 of 5 to start back up for me and this has never happened before. Also, just a great idea you all must do ....use the GPS so when we place the cam in the woods, just Incase I forget where 1 of my 5vr at Iall I'd have to do is look on maps, and it would show me exactly where it is.not tap maps put cam on maps myself. No.use GPS auto

★★★★★ So far so good with Verizon. Had trouble with att card. Pics are on time. Image quality ok. good for the price.

★★★★★ App works great, no major issues, a 10-min delay between the time of photo to app, not a bother to me. I have the Encounter trail camera. I'm not sure if this app works for others or not, but I felt I should make that known. I'd rate the Camara itself 7 out of 10 score. I've had cameras that took better quality photos. It would be nice for short 30-second videos to be an option.

★★★★★ Its so convenient not to have to travel the Mt to retrieve a SIM card to see all the action. Great quality, great price, and no complaints. Thanks to all involved making this wonderful camera. WC

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. I had 2 cameras worked great. Bought 3 more so now I have 5 cameras. And service. Sucks. Customer service is well who knows. No one will talk to u. I been waiting over a month or email back also. They take money for your plan. But one camera run out it's like they take money for all of thrm. It's been weird. I got charged 3 times in a week for Sam's camera and no one will add it to my account or give me a refund.

★★☆☆☆ Worked good for one year now can't even receive pictures unless the camera is inside my home. Call customer support twice and still no action or support. Thinking about switching brands. Save money and a headache.
