We purchased 3 new spy point cameras last year. Total of 13 now. We had some issues setting up, either not getting a good signal or just getting one picture a week. This last season was the worst experience with this company! 1 of the 3 new cameras didn't work from the get go. Troubleshooting didn't resolve. Then 3 months later, another camera stopped working. We paid in advance for the yearly subscription. Didn't get any credit, no help, poor customer service. WE CANCELED ALL OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION

Spypoint cams have no real sensitivity control. This is a fatal flaw to an otherwise great cam and platform

The known issue with these cameras false-triggering every second makes them unusable. I have two Flex Darks and both have the bug, taking a thousand pictures a day for no reason and no way to remedy. Customer service is useless, will convince you it's a setting or placement issue, it's not, but they will lead you to pay for an unlimited subscription service. Check the reddit threads. Don't waste your time with Spy point.
