Changing my review... help line helped me on Monday. And the get assistance button added a +1 and when I removed it the number worked... 50 - 50 blame to each of us... I still blame app for not emailing Hotmail the verification code correctly... my Hotmail account is not getting verification code!! Also need help button, calls a number that does not work... sounds like a big scam, and I can't get anyone on the phone.

Dell is a great manager with excellent customer service and a beautiful smile she is hardworking and loyal to her job and customers and Isiah that's my man he is outstanding with customers very knowledgeable about his job very cool hardworking and dedicated to his job and customers. I can definitely say without those 2 hurricane in Lumberton would crumble. I've been going for a few years now and then definitely are the staples of that facility!!!

I was not aware that I was going to be charged for a membership every month the young man did not tell me I was signing up for a membership he told me that he was there to help me get a $15 dollar was and after that this is the second time I have been charged. And when I went the vacuum didn't even work. Its like they never clean them out there was no rags, so I could wipe my windows or any sprays I will not be coming back so would like not to keep getting charged.

This app does not function correctly most of the time. On several occasions I had to get the attendant to look up my account on their phone, so I could get a wash, even though my phone's location was turned on. I have tried to cancel this account for two days prior to the billing date and the app would not complete the cancelation (it would just keep spinning)- so of course, I had to pay the next month's fee. A Customer Service number would be great.
