Generally provides a good, clean car wash. Occasionally, the wash had to be redone to remove heavier dirt.

Twin Falls is the best car wash I've ever been to the employees there go above & beyond. My battery had died, and the manager had sent an employee to go get a battery, and install it. Five star in my book

I can't remove vehicles, or re-arrange the order of vehicles in the family plan, and I have been trying for two months to get someone from Rocket to help me with this without any resolution. I even tried removing my car from the membership, and it still wouldn't remove it from the app. Very frustrated with the app.

THIS IS A SCAM! I CANNOT CANCEL MEMBERSHIP, THE APP DOESN'T ALLOW CHANGES AND DESPITE ASKING FOR HELP, THEY DO NOT RESPOND!!! My app doesn't recognize my current location. I'm in NC, but it's only allowing me to choose Utah.

Cancelled my monthly account, they pulled money from my card, a week after I cancelled, I called, they said to bad we are thieves, you didn't cancel two weeks before we took your money, plus I lost the washes I paid for, started going to Quick Quack, it's cheaper anyway DWS Midvale Utah
