The app changed the rewards' policy. You can't use them to purchase car washes like before. You need to be a member now to purchase a car wash. Well, if you have a monthly membership then you don't need a separate car wash.

They gutted the rewards' system by adding 5% off coupons to places like Ulta and Bath & Bodywork and multiplied the amount of points needed for a free wash by 3 times. They locked the higher-tiered wash rewards (free Plus and Premium washes) behind the membership paywall. The daily free spin never gives out points anymore. The update makes the whole app slow and unresponsive. The developers of this app killed the whole reason anybody ever uses it overnight.

And I tried to add my AAA membership card. The app tells me that that number belongs to a different user. I contacted AAA to verify that it does not. When I buy a wash without the app, it accepts my AAA membership. There's a glitch in your app that needs to be fixed. I cannot earn points unless I use the app, and I can't use the app if I want to get AAA consideration.
