The app is terrible, slow, payments don't reflect, some services aren't working, the customer care doesn't respond, payment takes weeks before getting confirmed and the team behind them seems fraudulent, tell Alot of lies and deceiving alot of ppl

As of today only $50 was deposited out of the $619 I was to receive from amazon. 3 marketplaces was rejected and the others never showed on my dashboard.

They're fraudsters, held freelancers funds without responding to mails. They changed their handle on X (twitter), not responding to anyone too. First time using them for my Amazon kdp payout but turned out that they have held onto more than 95% funds.

Ever since I started using fintech banking apps, this is the WORST I've used. I received a payment for over a week now, but it doesn't reflect on my dashboard. Jurupa have also refused to refund the payment back to the sender. They should rename it to Horror pay. If there were 0 stars, I would give it.
