Transfer shouldn't take too long. Transfer should be delivered to mobile wallet within the 30 seconds described.

Worst app support. I cannot log in to my account because I lost access to my 2FA, so I reached out to your support and asked them to manually reset my 2FA because my salary just got credited, and it is still there. It's been 2 days since I reachee out but no one's responded back to help me with my issue. What are you going to do with my money, huh? I will spam your emails until I get my access back. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible! You can get money in, but any attempt to get money out fails. Every single time. Try contacting customer service and they ghost you. This needs to be investigated for fraud because it feels fraudulent. Had a successful deposit in December. Made 3 attempts to get money out in December, January and early March. One failed. One was cancelled (not by me) and the 3rd has been sitting as "submitted" for multiple days now. They took their 2% deposit fee, and just ignore customers.
