I really don't like his support - my company paid around 1K, but after paying Jurupa says my account is paused. They have no idea how to refund - they just say the account is closed, so they haven't received the payment. They even haven't checked with the bank provider and have no willingness to refund. I suggest to use other similar platforms, not sure Jurupa.

Transfer shouldn't take too long. Transfer should be delivered to mobile wallet within the 30 seconds described.

Worst app support. I cannot log in to my account because I lost access to my 2FA, so I reached out to your support and asked them to manually reset my 2FA because my salary just got credited, and it is still there. It's been 2 days since I reachee out but no one's responded back to help me with my issue. What are you going to do with my money, huh? I will spam your emails until I get my access back. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!
