The app is good, but the only problem they have to work on transfer fees is too much, to send #500 from you cleva naira account to local bank naira account they will charge you #30 transfer fee

Great App. Their support is super responsive too. I've been using them consistently for 8 months now and so far, they're the best out there. No glitches, very responsive, no issues of theft...etc. I'm only giving 4 stars because 1. They need to improve their rates and give us better, like their counterparts, 2. Give us non-usd account and transfer options, too. 3. Improve their rates, again!!!!

This is one of the worst payment app my payment always getting flagged from same sender who I have received previous transaction from only it to be released am done using this app also they make stupid excuses and telling you which naira account to send your hard-earned money if you can't send money to other naira account why enable it I use pos to withdraw my money from cleva I soon saw the stupid email from their compliance team that was the end for me deleted my account.

I just went to check the review, and I saw, so many people complain about the same thing I was complaining about. You guys are debiting people over and over again for a card that you said that someone's only going to be debited for once. You think changing Nigeria currency to $3 More three times is easy, And now you want me to still pay back again for the card. I am not using this app again. You guys can keep the app to yourself.
