Why is no one attending to my query. I made a transfer to my Naira account, and I haven't received the funds yet. It's more than 24 hrs already. You guys claimed its downtime, but other transactions are going through. Please release my funds, maybe this is a sign to stop using you guys. Customer service takes forever to reply.

My customer is saying that the account number is more than 10 digits which initially I thought that maybe that's how USA account numbers are. The account number was 12 digits 😭
