The only thing I can praise cleva for is the USD card fee($3), their usd convertion rate to naira is worst.they charge you 1300+ instead of 1400+ like other apps, still, yet they take 2% in USD not even in naira that the merchant is charging...charging me almost 3k for 16k withdrawal 😫😫 I recommend gray for online merchant transactions

My customer is saying that the account number is more than 10 digits which initially I thought that maybe that's how USA account numbers are. The account number was 12 digits 😭

This is frustrating me alot I have been using Cleva, but I am currently very disappointed with the support experience. I have money to withdrawn my account, but my transfer limit is showing $0.00, which means I cannot transfer or withdraw my own funds. I have contacted Cleva Support several times and have not received a response. Also it robot that will be given you reply instead of real human reply

Extremely poor It's probably a scam app Be very careful with them. They might just steal your personal information and block you, then remove funds from your account. Download this app at your own risk. If I come back here, and I don't see my comment, the next one will be worse than this!!!! Now they have kicked me out of their app. SCAMMERS!!!!!
