★★☆☆☆ I hoped it would be helpful... Of you are less than a few weeks on the job with no training it might be helpful. Does not address ref system diagnostics at all, only compressor issues, which are either it starts or it won't. After saying then compressor won't start it asks for amp draw.... It does explain flashes on compressor modules made by copeland, but that is already printed on them. Again, possibly useful for newbies.

★★☆☆☆ Newest version available. 6/3/2015 Was working good until today's update. Now will not open.

★★☆☆☆ Ok Doesn't address internal overloads in the compressor or refrigerant issues

★★☆☆☆ Super useful, asks me three questions and just tells me not to replace compressor, no other diagnostics I guess so what's the point.
