Description by HWPO Training LLC(from Google Play)
HWPO Training encompasses fitness programs created for a community of HARD WORKERS, inspired by 5x CrossFit Games Champion, Mat Fraser’s motto “Hard Work Pays Off”.
The HWPO Training app offers a variety of programs to suit different lifestyles, goals, equipment accessibility, and skill levels. Whether you need to be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes or you’re training to be an elite-level competitor, HWPO Training has a workout program for you.
Athletes can track their progress using personalized sessions based on individual performance metrics and celebrate their achievements on the real-time leaderboard. The app also provides coaching videos by Mat Fraser himself, as well as our team of world-class expert coaches, guiding members through every training session and providing demos of each exercise.
Our HARD WORKERS also gain access to our members-only support platform, where they can ask questions, receive feedback, watch exclusive content and engage with others in the community around the world. No matter how or where you move, all we ask is that you live out our core values in and out of the gym:
SHOW UP. Do today what others won’t so tomorrow you can do what others can’t.
WORK HARD. Define success for yourself and be relentless in your pursuit of it; it’s about the process.
MAKE YOURSELF PROUD. Do things with intention and set an example of HARD WORK for those around you.

Great programming and coaches that truly care! Proud to be a part of HYPO!

Best of the best. Great app, program and community are all top-notch

I have tried numerous other training apps. From writing my own program, the Dozer Dog Pack, and Weightlifting AI. All great programs but this HYPO provides the best workouts written by elite coaches. Currently, doing HYPO Lift, and it is by far the best program out there to increase strength/master the Olympic Lifts.

Too buggy - Until the last update my training days continued where I left from hybrid, now it is following from 1 day back. - even though I have an active membership, I didn't receive my weekly training. I contacted support this is what they exactly sent me: "I cannot send it here, I apologize, but you do have your previous days as a reference, and hopefully it will load soon!" I might as well followed the previous weeks from hybrid as reference, RIGHT?

Originally gave a 5-star review but now changing to 1 star. Purchased HYPO Flagship 1.0 for several years, and then used 2.0 for a while, but found 1.0 to be significantly better, so I would carry on with that or go through certain cycles of it again as we were told we would always have access to it since we had paid for it. Since the app update HYPO has gone back on it's word and has removed access to any programming previously paid for unless you continue to pay for a current subscription

The training is amazing, but the app itself is terrible. Inconsistent, programming lines up some days and not on others, sometimes get locked out due to an update. I'm JUST TRYING TO TRAIN 😭
