My complaint is this, some of hospitals are not giving are good service, their said is hygeia telling them not to give original drug & injection, because hygeia is cutting couse. & Some company are paying are big money into the hygeia like NAH CO AVIAN CE. & upto now no solution.

My experience with the app has been amazing. It's a very easy to use app, and is so much loaded with information to guide new users. For these reasons, I recommend it to all registered under Hygeia. However, I would love the developers to work on the 'Download Electronic ID Card' option, as I tried downloading my electronic ID but all to no avail.

Very bad experience since have been using it they will delay you in the hospital before they could approve your test even after that you still waiting many hours before they approve the treatment again Have report to my company to stop using this hygiea because someone will have died before the approved treatment

This is a great one. This app is superb, I rate it 9/10. If you have difficulty with accessing it, the HMO sets it up for you and you are great. You can see the hospitals and the plans and benefits.

HYENA, very horrible HMO, treats customers very badly and would always not want to utilize customers package... Not an advisable HMO for your organization.

Typical untested app, not usable. As a first time user it would not accept my Enrolled number and year of birth to login - it keeps saying they are wrong. When I choose the "Forgot password" option, and I enter my Enrolled number, it tells me that my password has been successfully reset and that I should check my email. But no email ever comes. A very poor app.
