This is a great one. This app is superb, I rate it 9/10. If you have difficulty with accessing it, the HMO sets it up for you and you are great. You can see the hospitals and the plans and benefits.

My experience with the app has been amazing. It's a very easy to use app, and is so much loaded with information to guide new users. For these reasons, I recommend it to all registered under Hygeia. However, I would love the developers to work on the 'Download Electronic ID Card' option, as I tried downloading my electronic ID but all to no avail.

Typical untested app, not usable. As a first time user it would not accept my Enrolled number and year of birth to login - it keeps saying they are wrong. When I choose the "Forgot password" option, and I enter my Enrolled number, it tells me that my password has been successfully reset and that I should check my email. But no email ever comes. A very poor app.

Their plan is not flexible, they don't give refund if you use a hospital not on their list even if the expenditure falls within HMO cost.

Very poor App, after downloading the app I registered successfully, after some times my phone was stolen and re-download the app, I can't be able to log in I click on forget password, no message was sent to my email.
