Best loyalty reward program for independent hotels

App crashes as soon as I try to open before I can even log in. It appears I'm not the only one with this issue and there is no response from any kind of admin. Is anyone reading this??? I have an LG G7. I have tried opening using Wi-Fi only and data only and neither work as some have suggested. I have deleted and reinstalled, but still no luck. This app is completely useless for my upcoming trip. The quality of hotels in prefer make it surprising that the app has been nonfunctional for so long.

Do not install. Does not fulfill minimum functionality. I have 2 upcoming reservations, neither show in app, I have confirmation emails and numbers. This app should be removed.

Needs improvement. This is simply a wrapper around the website. Its slow and provides poor user experience. It also asks me to log in again almlat wvery time I open the app.

Unfortunately, the app is fairly useless. It shows how many points I have, but redeem points keeps asking for me to update location in profile - doing that doesn't seem to stick, so I can't look to redeem points. App doesn't seem to do much else, unlike other hotel loyalty apps that give rich content. Discover option keeps telling me there's no reservations (expected that to give info about I prefer partners. And it provides zero history of previous bookings. Basically next to useless app.
