Ok app. Wish I could bookmark events and add tickets to my account in case I bought them without being logged in or received them as a gift.

I send a mail to support, and they never replied. No all ticket options are available in the app. The user environment is not that friendly.

Buying is easy and strait forward, but refunding a returned-24h-before-event ticket will be not possible directly but only through an insurance they offer for accidents (not the case), though they are reselling your returned ticket immediately and charge again for the same ticket, which seems not correct to me. Better resell the tickets yourself if you cannot attend.
★☆☆☆☆Stefan Ristea· Dec 8, 2021
Scammers. There's no way you're getting a refund if the show is cancelled and the organizer does not respond. No customer service. No empathy for the customer. They just care about taking the commission from you payment.

Filter by city is not available... The app is pointless if filters are not available.....
